{"id":4413,"date":"2020-02-10T09:32:24","date_gmt":"2020-02-10T09:32:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.atoabogados.com\/?p=4413"},"modified":"2020-02-10T09:32:24","modified_gmt":"2020-02-10T09:32:24","slug":"irph-lectura-sentencia-tjue-3-marzo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.atoabogados.com\/?p=4413","title":{"rendered":"IRPH: el TJUE se pronunciar\u00e1 el 3 de marzo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n[et_pb_section fb_built=\u00bb1&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243;][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243;][et_pb_column _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243; type=\u00bb4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243; hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<h4>La lectura de la Sentencia del TJUE sobre\u00a0IRPH ya tiene fecha: el pr\u00f3ximo 3 de marzo de 2020.<\/h4>\n<p>Recordar que el pasado 10 de septiembre de 2019, el Abogado General de la UE, Sr. Maciej Szpunar, emiti\u00f3 un Dictamen favorable para los consumidores, declarando que <strong>las cl\u00e1usulas contractuales por las que se referencia al \u00edndice IRPH, pueden someterse al control de transparencia y, por tanto, ser declaradas abusivas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si ahora, dicho criterio se confirma por parte del TJUE, la banca espa\u00f1ola se enfrenta a la <strong>devoluci\u00f3n de hasta 44.000 millones de euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Queremos avisarle de que algunos bancos est\u00e1n ofreciendo acuerdos.
